The housing development in Doonfoot, Ayr has been an ongoing project for Loudounhill Contracts Ltd which has lasted over 10 years. We have completed the groundworks for Mactaggart & Mickel at all 4 phases of the development as well as the Greenan Manor care home.

Seafield, Ayr

The housing development in Seafield, Ayr saw the completion of  27 houses for Westpoint Homes. This project lasted 2 years where we had carried out the groundworks. This included a site clearance, sewer drains, attenuation tank installation, road construction, foundations, floor slabs and hard landscaping along with some very intriguing feature walls.
